Glad to see you! All of my books interior paper, hardcover book board covers, ink and glues are acid-free archival quality. If you have any questions about anything don't hesitate to email me and ask. :)

Payments

I accept all major Credit Cards or PayPal

Digital downloads

Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed.

Shipping

Shipping within two business days excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping USPS First Class with Tracking, you also have the choice to upgrade to Priority Mail.

I ship International First Class with Tracking and Insurance in a White Padded Airjacket Envelope or Priority Mail International® Flat Rate

Import duties, taxes and charges are NOT included in my items price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase.

These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for my shipping charges. I will not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as ‘gifts’ - US and International government regulations prohibit such actions.

You can track the order with the tracking number via USPS. Thank you :D

Returns & Exchanges

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

  • Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery
  • Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery
  • Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged:

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital downloads

Returns and exchange details

If for any reason you wish to return your purchase please email me within 2 days of receiving your purchase.

Shipping fees are not refundable. All returns will be refunded upon receipt IF in original condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Sorry, No refunds on DIGITAL files.

We also recommend you to back-up your purchased files (in order not to lose them).
